CNC machining technician

Education:

Completed apprenticeship in a skilled metalworking trade, preferably as a machining technician or machine tool operator
Crane license, forklift license required

Your profile:

Experience with Siemens 840D control system
Experience with driven tools, C-axis machining and counter spindle
Experience in handling large workpieces
Willingness to work 3 shifts, Saturdays and overtime
High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, independent and precise work on high-tech products
Experience in the machining of large, complex parts
Solution-oriented way of thinking and working

Field of activity:

Independent execution of set-up work and adjustment activities
Production of turned and milled parts up to 13 m in length
Active monitoring of the production process
Multi-machine operation
Program corrections (after appropriate training)
Ensuring and adhering to the required quality specifications
Carrying out measuring and testing activities according to working documents (e.g. technical drawings and work instructions)
Collaboration on the improvement of processes

We offer an interesting permanent position with potential for development in a working environment characterized by technical challenges. The gross salary depends on experience and training, but is at least € 2,784.29 according to the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. There is a willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications and experience. You will be involved in interesting projects in an exciting company and will have the opportunity to develop real expert status.
