Your profile:

We are looking for a manager with the following profile to join our production team:

Completed vocational training in a technical field (LAP, HTL, FH)
Completed foreman examination
Experience in the field of machining technology or in a related technical profession
Experience with metal products and/or machining production technologies
Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
Basic technical knowledge in English

Field of activity:

Your strengths lie in a self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working. You would like to lead a team of highly qualified specialists in our production department and take on the following tasks:

Create/optimize and implement production processes
Creation of work regulations and work instructions
Managing and developing employees
Personnel planning and allocation of tasks
Cooperation with specialists from other departments
Solution-oriented work / develop/implement corrective measures
Record quality-relevant data
