IT 1st Level Support
We expect:
You enjoy working within a motivated team and you use your social skills to provide IT support to users. You have the following qualifications/skills:
- Completed IT training (apprenticeship or HTL)
- Office ECDL / Confident handling and background knowledge of Office applications
- Windows operating systems expertise
- Know-how in dealing with standard software, printers, notebooks/PC/tablet
- Knowledge of the internal processes in a production company
- Strengths: solution-oriented way of thinking and working, strong self-motivation
- High social skills for teamwork and user support
- Knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Your tasks:
- 1st level support for users / contact point for our ticket system
- Task prioritization and distribution or independent solution
- Documentation and data processing
- Project collaboration on security, network and infrastructure tasks
- Collaboration in digitization projects at SBO/SBOT
- Future takeover of a separate sub-area within the IT landscape
We are looking for:
Due to the high degree of digitization in the company, we need you to support our IT team for1st level support. Previous experience in the relevant IT skills is desirable – we encourage newcomers through further development and support them with regard to a possible future takeover of their own sub-area within the IT landscape.
