Sales Manager:in New Business
We are looking for:
We are looking for a technically enthusiastic Business Development Manager for the development of new markets. Our special manufacturing technologies in the field of machining and additive manufacturing (metallic 3D printing) are also to be used in new markets.
Our requirements profile:
- Completed technical training (HTL, FH, university or similar)
- Professional experience in sales/business development (for aerospace, renewable energy, mechanical engineering)
- Economic knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English required
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Team player
Your strengths:
Your strengths lie both in customer orientation and in technology (mechanical engineering, production technologies). You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Independent development of new business areas and sales markets (cold calling and customer care)
- Identify opportunities and potential in new markets and recognize future trends
- Planning and participating in trade fair visits
- Co-design and implementation of business plans and sales strategies in coordination with sales management
- Interface between customers and technology, planning and production
- Price calculation, offer preparation and negotiation
- Order processing and adherence to delivery reliability
- Independent reporting, competitor analysis and creation of KPIs
- Willingness to travel internationally
