Technical account manager in internal sales

We are looking for:

We are looking for a technical account manager for internal sales with technical expertise and basic commercial knowledge:

Completed technical training (apprenticeship with Matura, HTL, FH, university or similar)
Professional experience in technical sales required
SAP knowledge an advantage
Very good knowledge of English required
Experience in price calculation and with sales figures an advantage
Confident demeanor and strategic and entrepreneurial thinking

We expect:

Your strengths lie both in customer orientation and in technology (mechanical engineering, production technologies). You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Order processing from receipt of order to dispatch, including invoicing
Order documentation and clarification
Customer service and complaints management
Interface between customers and technology, planning and production
Price calculation and creation of price lists
Independent reporting and KPIs
Willingness to travel internationally if required

We offer an interesting and varied full-time position

Monthly base salary € 3,200 according to the collective agreement for the metalworking industry. Depending on experience and qualifications, we are of course prepared to overpay this amount and will determine the actual salary and classification in a joint discussion.
